I’m rebranding.
Turns out it’s what I do when I have a baby.
Makes sense really, what with all the life-changing thoughts and extra time on Mat Leave to stop and evaluate.
Ha! There is no extra time with a baby. But there is time away from the business. And that creates space, for new thoughts and old dreams to creep back in.
So, naturally, I’ve been going through the process I set all my clients through when we do a rebranding; identify your ideal client; get supper clear on how your business operates; reverse engineer your offerings; figure out how your values permiate through every facet of what you do. It’s not easy! And I’m realising there are things I want to refine if I want to make the experience of working with me as inspiring and uplifting as it can be.
So my top tip today is this: Put yourself through your own processes every once in a while.
What else can you do to ease your customer’s journey with you? Where can you smooth a corner? Where can you add delight? And remember to trace the journies of your staff and contractors too.
